A house created by a team of conscious and experienced architects, builders, specialists, suppliers, practitioners from every industry.
This is a single-family home whose formula was created based on 20 years of experience in designing home interiors – the real needs of people from the PULVA design studio. After designing and implementing over 100 projects, we began to see a clear need to create the MH. Each of our clients went through the process of building their home with a certain level of stress, problems, and emotions. Not knowing the real costs, time, and market conditions. Moreover, each one aimed to achieve the maximum possible quality. Each of our clients had to invite over 30 companies to cooperate, manage the entire process, logistics, and have control over it. Each had to make at least 600 decisions, specific choices of materials, technologies, and products. They had to make them on three overlapping levels:
